August 23, 2014Greed and stupidity do go hand in hand LOL, great MSL! Great banner! I am a Show Notes girl. I have to see the visual to make it all click. I did listen to the Podcast on this one to get more information which I am glad I did because it is great info that is needed to understand this MSL. This one needs both the Podcast and the Show Notes mix to make it all work. Great job.

August 26, 2014I have never considered what went into selling an online business. This is useful information. I like how you gave an example of something that happened. I guess this is all similar to supply and demand. If someone wants to buy your product, they are going to pay what they feel is a good price based on other supplies and averages out there.

August 26, 2014It’s so true how people get “blinded” by losing, instead of focusing on what they have. I agree with Dana, having the show notes along with the podcast really helps the MSL work well. Great info.!

August 29, 2014This was a really good episode with a lot of great advice. I can see how people would want to hold on to their business because they are thinking about the future value instead of what it is actually worth right now. I could have seen myself making the same kinds of mistakes but when you explained these different scenarios the choice seemed obvious that these people should have taken the offers while they were on the table.

October 2, 2014First of all I would like to thank Jeff for the wonderful podcast. I listen every podcast of yours and try to follow them on my business. I agree with your thought that people should start with what they have on their hands not what they need. It will help you to start anything from zero.

October 5, 2014Wow, there are so many things you brought up in here that I would have never thought of. Even before you got into the case studies. Your podcasts are really helpful, thank you.
